1. What We Collect

To provide login, licensing, and downloads we store the minimum data needed:

• Account data: username, email, password (stored as a one-way scrypt hash), and the license key you registered with.
• Hardware data: a hardware identifier (hwid) used to bind one license to one machine.
• Device / technical data: IP address and request logs, kept temporarily for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and fraud detection.
• Order data: payment method, order amount, coin, and wallet/memo identifiers used to confirm your payment.
• Discord data: if you contact support, your Discord username/ID as shown in the conversation.

2. How We Use It

• Creating and maintaining your account and license.
• Verifying payments and activating orders.
• Detecting abuse, duplicate licenses, hwid sharing, and fraud.
• Improving the service; aggregated, non-identifying statistics only.

3. What We Don't Do

• We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
• We do not collect payment card numbers; crypto payments are handled directly on-chain and we only see the addresses/memo involved.
• We do not read, sell, or share your in-game activity.

4. Third Parties

Some third-party services process data as part of the site's operation (bot protection widgets, analytics where enabled, and the payment processor). These providers process data under their own policies and only to the extent necessary to run those features.

5. Data Retention

Account and license data are kept for as long as your account is active. Request logs are retained for a limited period for abuse detection. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove personal data we need only for your account; legally required records (e.g., fraud/dispute logs) may be kept as long as they are required.

6. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by opening a ticket on Discord. We usually respond within a few days.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

The site uses local storage to keep your login session on your own device. No advertising cookies are used. You can clear this at any time by logging out or clearing your browser's site data.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated occasionally. The "Effective" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
